Fall Book Fair is Coming Soon!

The Reading Oasis Fall Book Fair will be held from September 23-27 in the GES library.  Our Family Night will be on September 26th from 4:30-7:00.  This will be a wonderful time for your child to purchase great books!  If you are interested in volunteering during the Reading Oasis Fall Book Fair, please contact me at reneauv@gilmerisd.org.

Buckeye Book Club-Calling All 4th Grade Students!

Buckeye Book Club

Who: All fourth grade students and Mrs. Reneau, GES librarian

What: A fun book club that will read interesting books and participate in creative activities

When: 4:00-5:15 on the following Thursdays: September 12th, September 19th, October 3rd, and October 10th

Where: Gilmer Elementary School Library

Why: To gain a love for reading and make new friends

--In order to participate, students must return the "Buckeye Book Club" participation form by Friday, September 6th.--
